The RGR indicates that if the application submitted does not meet all the requirements indicated here, or is not accompanied by the documents listed above, the Administration will grant it a period of days starting from the day following notification of the rectification requirement . If within this period, the interested party does not proceed to correct the request, it will be considered not submitted and the procedure will be archived. However, if the interested party meets the request, but the observed defects are not deemed to have been corrected, the Administration will proceed to deny the request. Likewise, if compensation is requested during the voluntary debt payment period, but the deadline to correct the request ends when the voluntary payment period has already ended, and the interested party does not comply with said correction request, the RGR establishes that will initiate the enforcement procedure through the corresponding enforcement order.
When the request is presented during the executive period for payment of the debt, it may suspend the actions for the alienation of assets or rights in progress. IV.
